The vibe here was family. The room we stayed in was neat and reasonably spacious with extra bed, basic amenities plus nice interiors. The staff were excellent and check-in was flexible. The location was wonderful - just next door to temple and cooperative staff.

During our recent stay at Hotel City Heart in Shirdi, we had a pleasant surprise. The hotel's location was excellent, being just a short walk away from the main temple. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the General Manager, Mr. Raj, who showed us to our well-maintained, clean rooms. The central AC worked perfectly and the bathrooms were also clean and nice. Although the hotel didn't have its own restaurant, we were provided with room service for tea and coffee. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus. The hotel staff were cooperative and helpful throughout our stay. With its convenient location, comfortable rooms, and friendly service, I would definitely recommend Hotel City Heart for a visit to Shirdi. our stay was pleasant and we hope to visit again soon, with the hope that the hotel maintains its facilities and attentive staff.
